Bug Out has done an excellent job, especially when it came time to deal with a big yellow jacket issue that we had around my work. There was a lot of difficult locations to get to, like near the roof and all in the mulch of the garden bed. Jordan Johnson, our regular guy, was on point and knew what he was doing. Very respectful and professional.
Oh my goodness, what a great experience. We’ve been waiting for proper termite service for 3 years, since we bought the house. We almost contracted with a new company, until Bug Out bought out Terminex. Scott from Bug Out came this morning and did what we waited for over 3 years for. Proper bait stations, enough bait stations, and the bait stations actually installed properly. He also answered our questions and was a complete pleasure to have at our house. We feel like we can finally relax knowing we’re getting what we’re paying for. Terminex left a bad taste in our mouth year after year. Scott not only gave a great first impression for Bug Out, he did his job, went above and beyond, and let us finally be 100% satisfied with our termite protection. He is super knowledgeable, as well. THANK YOU BUG OUT and ESPECIALLY SCOTT. What a pleasant surprise after 3 years with no faith in Terminex and a weekend with no power. Let me also add as an edit, he was so patient with my husband and I. We had questions, which Scott answered. My husband also wanted to see what had been done, which Scott was more than happy to show.
Bill and his crews have been to our home twice. Once to remove mice in our basement and disinfect. Most recently Bill and Austin were at our house to do exclusion work on the outdoor perimeter. They were friendly, did a great job, were punctual and cleaned up after themselves
I work for Mercy Hospital in the Dunn Diagnostic Center. We had a problem recently with an ant infestation. It was in our suite and 2-3 other offices in this building. Jordan came out and sprayed all the offices and all I am seeing now are a few dead ants. It’s so much nicer to work when you don’t have to try to kill ants running all over place. Jordan was back again today and sprayed again but we have not seen any bugs of any kind in our office
