Bug Zero is excellent company. Customer service is friendly and answers all questions. They go in detail explaining their service. Chris came to our home and did a detail inspection inside and outside. He explained the chemicals he would use and how the chemicals worked on the bugs. Chris was very knowledgeable on what spray would kill our bugs. Chris was very friendly and we ready loved how he did his job. We are extremely happy with Bug Zero and highly recommended this bug company.
I saw the ad on TV I checked the reviews and liked what I read for the most part. So I called. My house is very big so it costs me more than most but it was fine by me. They sent a man named Aaron out he was kind, he cared about the issues I was having he went above and beyond to help me with my problems. I’m still having a few issues but it takes two weeks to have them all gone and he will be back. I can’t thank you enough I’ve had other local people who just didn’t care but Bug Zero does care and they do an amazing job.
Absolutely love this place! Denny helped us get set up with both of our resorts, and we always have Jacob Jackson for our pest control. His communication is top-notch—he always keeps us in the loop and takes the time to explain how we can help prevent certain pests from getting in.
Jacob truly goes above and beyond. We didn’t even know we had a gap in one of our doors until he pointed it out—and then he actually helped us fix it!
