Micah came out to service our home and did a fantastic job. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, cleared out all the spider webs, and treated the exterior. What really impressed me was that he spotted and took care of a wasp nest we hadn’t even seen—then followed up with a picture and a quick message. Super professional and easy to work with. Definitely felt like he went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Micah and Bulwark to anyone needing pest control.
As always, Chris our exterminator from Bulwark provided top notch service from top to bottom. He listens genuinely w/our questions, or any concerns & addresses us w/compassion, sense of urgency, & positivity. I have dealt w/several exterminating services & employees & w/out hesitation, I would recommend above any specific pest control company, over any other worker hands down!
He represents what feels like a dying breed of people that truly always try to give everyone the highest quality treatment, the way he would want to be treated & I have a deep respect to those that still believe in manners and goodness.
Taylor Larsen was so kind and thorough. He answered my questions efficiently and handled all my trouble spots (inside and outside) quickly! I was worried I’d have to take a full hour off of work for this appointment, but Taylor handled everything in about 20 minutes.
We started using Bulwark this year and could not be happier with the service at our commercial building. Micah is very knowledgable, prompt, and courteous when he comes by the warehouse. I have been so impressed with him that I will be switching over our residential services to them this year as well.
Micah Hamm did an amazing job spraying my home inside and out, he was also very respectful and polite with me. He offered me traps to place inside my home. Great job overall!
