Jeff from Bust-A-Bug made it incredibly easy for my wife to schedule a mosquito spray appointment. Cory was our technician and he did a very thorough job. On top of all that, we didn’t even have to be home for the appointment. We had a backyard birthday party three days after the treatment and we nor any of our guests saw even one mosquito, gnat, or other pesky insect. Highly, highly, recommend this company and this service if you live in mosquito-prone areas.

In June 2024, we reached out to Bust-A-Bug after our tenant delayed reporting a roach infestation until it became severe. Blake immediately assessed the situation and knew exactly which treatment plan would best resolve the issue. We agreed to an intensive initial treatment, which included traps and monitors, spraying, gel bait, and educating our tenant on preventive measures to avoid future issues. The plan involved follow-up treatments every two weeks, with the expectation that the unit would be clear of roaches by September or October 2024 if we adhered to the protocol.
Their estimate was spot on! Our final treatment took place this month after two consecutive sessions with no signs of activity. A special mention goes to Ms. Amanda from Bust-A-Bug, whose patience, professionalism, and excellent communication kept us well-informed about appointments and treatments throughout the process.
I highly recommend Bust-A-Bug and would not hesitate to use their services again.
Our tech, Marty, is so knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, and the customer service at this company is top-notch. Amanda in the office is also so knowledgeable and communicative. We were having an issue with wasps in our awning and umbrellas last month, and Marty was able to get rid of the problem in one visit. This month, we started seeing an abundance of fruit flies at our bar, and Marty was able to find the source of the problem and recommend a treatment plan to get it under control within about 48 hours, thank goodness! We love the peace of mind of knowing our restaurant is in good hands with Bust-A-Bug and our problems are always resolved quickly, efficiently and affordably! We also love working with another local business and highly recommend Bust-A-Bug to all home and business owners in Hampton Roads.
