I had an ant problem and it seems like it has been successfully addressed. What is more deserving of the 5-stars is the customer service provided by the owner, Austen. I had some concerns regarding cost of service related to the smaller scope of work entailed in a condo (versus a home, with a yard). Austen was proactive, humble and positive. He went above my expectations to ensure that he backed the value received and even discussed with me his goals of service and his plan to ensure them. I appreciate a company that takes the extra time to make you feel like an important customer and not just another paycheck. I think that is a great way to create a loyal, returning customer base.
When I saw someone’s review at giving Austin a 10 star, I chose Campbell Pest Control. I agree. He and his team immediately found the trail of the rat, ordered and installed a screen door flap, filled the cracks along the chimney (and then filed off the excess foam) and were in an out quickly. Also the phone help was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.
We had rats hanging out in our attic crawlspace. Campbell took care of the problem with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience to us.
Both the tech, Isaac, and owner Austin were knowledgeable and friendly. They were easy to contact, showed up spot on time, and did a good job of explaining our options. And we learned quite a bit about rats.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough – they deserve 15 stars. Austin, the owner, is a good communicator, friendly, kind and dedicated to customer service and success. I had an issue that two other pest control companies could not handle. Austin came in with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset. My pests were both smart and persistent, and Austin made multiple visits (without tacking on extra charges) to completely solve my issue. Working with his company is easy and straightforward. I found Austin when I noticed his truck in my neighbor’s driveway, and I only wish I had found him sooner. He’s able to give strategic and personal attention to his clients that larger companies like Axiom are unable to provide. I sleep better now knowing my home is pest-free. Thanks, Austin and Holly!
I had a hornet nest that needed removal. I booked online, Austin arrived between the time frame stated, and removed the nest with no problem. I highly recommend his service! Thanks Austin!
