My father had an awful mouse problem that kept coming back after moving him into a new home. We tried every local pest control with no prevail. Catseye really set the bar high for customer service. Cameron was great, let my father know what was happening in each visit. He discussed strategies on how to proceed, vacuumed mouse nesting and mouse feces and found gaps in certain areas where my father wouldn’t have thought of. Now, mice are a thing of the past!
My father doesn’t always check his voicemail, Cameron went above and beyond by always texting me the day before the service, asking if the voice message confirming the appointment got to my father, now THAT is worth every penny.

Upon buying a farm, I encountered a infestation of pigeons and rodents in a farm store/barn. After calling Joe , that very afternoon a field visit took and a plan was put in place to deal w/ and eradicate the situation .
Constant communication w the on-sight manager Brian and garret was part of the plan, and the job was performed in a professional, urgent manner, and exceeded my expectations which were very high.

Dylan was amazing when he came out to do my inspection. Very polite and professional. He scheduled an emergency “removal” of an unwanted animal in my home for the next morning. The gentleman that cam out today for the removal was just as amazing (I can’t believe I forgot his name) Super professional, removed the animal and double checked everything and made me feel so much better ! I absolutely recommend this company.
