The office was very accommodating with scheduling and scheduled me with Thomas. Thomas was great! He helped with a thorough inspection of the plumbing at my new place and identified different areas that would need attention. He was patient and understanding and provided various options for installation and repairs with a variety of price ranges. He also looked into any questions I had about leaks with our dishwasher and other appliances. He helped me come up with solutions for the different problems we encountered and came back to install a new toilet. His service was quick, professional, and thorough – he made sure to explain what he would be doing and why it was necessary. I also appreciated that he called when he was on his way to give me a heads up and was responsive to any questions I had after our appointment. He also was very kind to my dog! Looking forward to working with Thomas again!
Excellent service! We had a routine plumbing maintenance. Once AJ got here, I noticed the water heater was leaking. He quickly found the problem and fixed the areas that were not working properly. Thankfully, he was was here. I’m not sure how long it would’ve taken us to notice the water heater in the garage closet was leaking. Thank you so much!
Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional. Customers service was outstanding. We felt he had our best interest in mind when selecting a product. Didn’t attempt to sell us something that we didn’t need. Looking forward to a long relationship with Champion! I subscribed as a member with the expectation of regular, reliable service, including the bi-annual checkups that were part of the agreement. However, I was never contacted to schedule these and had to reach out myself each time.
When technicians did come out, the approach felt more focused on upselling and fear-based recommendations rather than providing straightforward, professional service. This is not the kind of experience I expected, and I cannot recommend this company based on how things were handled.
Will was very knowledgeable & caring for the customer’s concerns. I explained & showed him the areas of concerns & did his due diligence to resolved the issues which were resolved. Will knows his job & was very friendly. He’s a good worker.
