Coastal Tech “Tore” was very professional and pleasant. He was also very thorough in his attention to applying preventive measures throughout our home and yard. He readily explained what he was doing and fully answered my questions. He was quick and very business-like in accomplishing this service visit.
3/21/25 Update: once again Coastal’s Tech, Tore, came and performed our monthly service. He’s really so nice and professional! He works quickly and is respectful of our home. Answered my questions and explained what he was doing. We’re very pleased with the service we receive and the pleasant, professional staff of Coastal!
We have been using Coastal Pest Control now for about 8 years. They are an excellent company with a great service and price. We have a great exterminator Wesley he’s the best. Such a great young man doing his job and wonderful person. He has done his job extremely well and aims to please. Thank you Wesley and Coastal.
Overall he did a good job. I didn’t follow him around everywhere, but was a bit distthst he was on his phone most of the time he was here. Also, in the garage, we have a black trap box. Was that changed out? It wasn’t put back up against a wall as normally done.
Lance called in advance. He was very kind and respectful to my 84 yrs old mother. He explained what he found, his treatment and expected results. He also said that if we see active insects after 2 weeks, to call for a follow up treatment. Make sure you keep Lance around for a long time of excellent customer service!
I have never met a more friendly and professional person as the technician that came to our building today. Please send him to us again. We always receive the best service from the phone though the whole process with Coastal.
