I thought it was the end for my beloved ball python but Steven and his son Marcus showed up within 5 minutes after our phone call and absolutely saved the day! Not once did they give up or have any doubts! He showed great empathy for my pet and made sure to be extra careful while removing him from the tight space. I COULD NEVER THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH!!!
Could not recommend Colvin’s enough!! Heard noises in my closet and had no idea what it was. We called multiple of the larger companies who didn’t answer the phone or wouldn’t come until the end of the week. After I called Colvin’s, Steven showed up within 30 minutes. Even on a Sunday morning!! He removed the bat from my closet immediately and was super helpful.
Very helpful very courteous! I had a bird that fell down the chimney gave him a call he told me how to get him out and that if I couldn’t he would be more than happy to come do it. There are not many companies that would give advice like that without charging you. He is number one in my book!
Unfortunately, we had ground hogs living under our front porch. They were becoming more and more used to hanging around and even started walking around on our porch. I called Colvin’s and they came out that very day and set catch and release traps. The very next morning they caught one ground hog – when we texted them- they came out immediately and picked him up. Then, the second one was caught that evening and again, he came right out and picked the animal up- on a Friday evening! I called a few days later and said that I didn’t think there were any more and he could pick up the traps. Once again, he was out within the hour to grab the traps. Their response time is amazing and they were always super friendly and polite. Highly recommend using them.
We found a sizeable copperhead in our garage coiled up on a kid’s car seat, and called three different services advertising snake removal. With all three we got answering services that passed on our number, tagged as an emergency, and promised we would get a call back. Nope. Finally the next day we called Colvin’s, who answered the phone, came over, and was fortunately able to find and remove the snake. Very friendly, knowledgeable, treated our little emergency AS an emergency, and charged a reasonable rate. Still haven’t heard back from the other three services. I would definitely recommend Colvin’s.
