My Name is LuAnn Mills and we contacted Luke due to everything we tried we could not catch our friendly critter. Luke was amazing and very helpful and would recommend his services he is very knowledgeable and personable!! After he left we decided to leave as well to see if we could catch our Ninja Ben (yes we named him). We got back and woohoo he was caught!!
We contacted Luke about bats in our attic and he put us on his schedule ASAP. Once it was decent out Hans came out and did the bat exclusion. Both of them are very professional, friendly, great sense of humor and explained everything that was going to be done. I’ll be using them again if we need anything else done and highly recommend them.

Luke and Ashley are a great team to work with. I bought a house and communicated with Luke the entire time stating I needed him there on day one as there was many pest living in the house including a major infestation of Asian beetles and mice.
Luke showed up the day I closed and did a very detailed spray and put down bait traps. The beetle issue was resolved within days and appears that the mice are disappearing, it’s been three weeks since I closed and haven’t seen one in about a week. Luke answered my questions regarding the mice and said he’s around if I need him. Got my bill and it is totally worth the price for comfortable living without pest in my house.
Ashley was super quick to help me process my bill and my questions about monthly service provided by Complete Ground Control. I’m looking forward to my relationship with CGC and my future needs.

I contacted Luke to get information, because I was having a mouse problem. I’d talked to a couple of bigger companies who didn’t impress me and they were super expensive. Luke was super nice, and we ended up scheduling an appointment for a few days later.
Long story short, he does an amazing job! He knows what he’s doing and does it well. He found the sources of the critters, did a thorough inspection and treatment, inside and out and sealed those sources of entry up, set better traps and provided peace of mind. He did a follow up for a week later to check traps. There were just a few in one of the many traps. Big improvement!
Besides great service and being a really nice person, the rates for his services are very reasonable. I highly recommend him and his company if you have a pest problem.
