Brockton Plumbing has been a great help with my building’s recurring complex plumbing issues. They responded promptly, and the repair was completed expertly and affordably. The staff was kind, dependable, and very skilled at identifying and resolving issues.
These guys were swift and fantastic! Had a bathtub faucet that refused to come completely off. Local Plumbing was a time waster and we had to wait all night for them. Despite the snow today, I called Brockton Plumbing this morning, and they were able to locate the part and send several personnel to fix it an hour later. Strongly advised.
My wife noticed that occasionally one of the two toilets was gurgling and flushing slowly, while the other one appeared to be working properly. It always flushed normally whenever I used that particular toilet. Sewage was seen oozing around the outside cleanout pipe today. Brockton Plumbing & Drain was really suggested to me by a nearby plumber. After I contacted them in the afternoon, James showed there within two hours.
In the garage, they set up the new dishwasher and connected the water line to the fridge. They were quite professional in their cleanup of the entire disaster. Quite polite! The service was outstanding.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a plumber and I am very thankful that he did not step foot on the job to actually do some work. I am a general contractor who has dealt with plumbers for 25 years and never had a problem like this. The 1st phone call seemed fine and then promises were made, price was given and job was scheduled. I stressed to Craig the owner of Costas Plumbing that there was a disabled elderly gentleman whose boiler was no good and this was a bank job because the property was bank owned and that it was net 30 days after completion for payment. He informed me that that was fine and he sent a Tech over to the job to look at the boiler, the tech stated a price to replace the boiler and I scheduled a time to meet his employee to give a check to him and sign a contract. The next day I got a call from Citizens Bank stating that a woman had tried to deposit my check into a personal account, I am very thankful for Citizens Bank catching this because it could have been a very expensive mistake. I proceeded to call Craig and tell him the information and he said that I would have to go and meet his employee and give cash. I do not operate my business this way and can’t understand how anybody else could, he hung up on me and told me to find somebody else. I don’t understand how anybody can be in business that acts this way to customers. I would not recommend hiring him to even fix a leaky faucet, if his work is anything like his skills speaking to customers, then it could be quite scary and expensive.
