Isaiah was very friendly and professional. He was thorough and answered any and all questions I had. We had a big project to seal our house of all potential entry points for raccoons, bats, etc…after having several issues over the last 5 years. Isaiah took his time and did a complete job. It took about 10 hours. I appreciate the attention his willingness to take his time to do things correctly. He is an asset to Critter Control.
Our recent inspection and service was done by John Cavendish and we were extremely pleased with his work. John is knowledgeable and thorough in addition to being a very personable guy who communicates well and seems to enjoy his work.

John and the entire team were very informed and experienced. They know their business. John did an assessment of the situation, determined the possible critter issues, and set up tools and a plan to intervene. There was a gentle manner for the critters trapped and respect for them. We were given clear information and questions were answered so we could ensure no creature would suffer and we would not interfere with capture.
We would certainly use them again and recommend John
Isaiah came out to assist me today. He was here early, very kind and respectful and worked so hard to help me with possible birds in my dryer vent. If you ever have an issue he is a great guy to help you out!
