He always kindly introduces himself at the beginning of each appointment, describes what the treatment plan is for the day, and asks if I have any questions. He, then, carries out the plan and is very thorough when checking for signs of pests. I appreciate his professionalism and commitment to doing a good job.
Noah is always polite and very thorough. I appreciate his full communication with me with what he sees and reminding me to call back if there are any concerns. Noah has been the one to do my service several times in the past on my quarterly sessions, and I have never had any issues after my services.

Just got a notification service was just done at my house. I don’t consider a drive by service. I was at the front of my house when I saw Croach drive by and service a neighbors house. When they were done they left the street. Nobody even stopped off at my house. Then I get the notification service was done. Posted this review with a one star and immediately got a call from Croach. They apologized and said they would still be out today. A few minutes later got a call from the tech telling me he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He was true to his word. Love it when a company cares enough about their customers to immediately rectify mistakes.
