David was very professional, helpful, and informative when we called to deal with a pest issue. He made us feel confident that he knew exactly how to take care of the issues, and reassured us on timeframe, explained details of what materials he was using as well. He broke down the service agreement and was not pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. He was prompt and communicated effectively!
David was awesome as always, also the trainee he had with him was awesome as well. They were both kind and efficient. Thank you for the excellent service.
