NEVER again will we use Dixie. Roaches are still showing up inside the residence after a week. Called back to have them come out to correct the issue and they want to RE CHARGE for THEIR service. Now I’m out $170 and they want more money?That’s how they get you. So be careful. I don’t care how long someones been in business. Some times its a good thing and some times it means you’re a corner cutter. The exterminator was suppose to go under the house, per the front desk lady. Didn’t happen. Good luck if you choose Dixie. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

We have been using Dixie Exterminating for about four years now. Annual indoor sugar ant maintenance, carpenter bees and more recently fire ants. Lori manages the office amazingly!! Always very responsive and informative. Prices are fair and they always arrive when scheduled, no long arrival windows, but actual scheduled times. Would highly recommend.

Dixie Exterminating was by far the best people to do business with. The guy that came out arrived exactly when he said he was, and was very friendly.He didnt just flood the area with chemicals and leave, he looked everywhere first to find problem spots and then treated the rest of the house. He never tried to sell me anything I didnt need or push for more appointments. He simply said if you need us again just call and we will come out.There are no contracts and the prices are the best in the area. There is nothing negative I can say about this company. Dixie Exterminating is the only company I will ever have at my house.
