We just had our yearly inspection for our Atmox system. Our inspector was Tim who is exceptional. We’ve had him come on other occasions and he’s very knowledgeable about our home and the services we use. He is so professional but has a wonderful personality and always makes sure we get excellent service. Dodson is very lucky to have an employee who is so experienced, dedicated and cares so much for the customers too. EXCELLENT service and support!!
Bobby S. arrived 10 minutes late so I was a little disappointed to begin with. However, after his arrival and his termite inspection I can see why. He answered all my questions, brought up concerns he had and explained possible solutions. Our crawl space vapor barrier is about shot, so he offered a replacement product. The price was the best I have been quoted! He noticed my wife’s mice and rat traps and suggested improvements we should try! We have woods and gardens throughout our yard, hence mice. I also have a brush pile which he recommended I dispose of! I took notes and will strive to implement his suggested actions. Next year, if we still have rodent problems we will use Dodson Pest Control as we highly recommend them and if you are lucky enough to get Bobby S you will be impressed!
We hired Dodson after discovering Termite damage.
They sent out a tech who inspected the crawl space, and also discovered fungal growth. The tech gave a few options based on what he found that treated the termite, and fungus issues.
I paid for the services at the time of inspection but later decided against a portion of the services we agreed to. Dodson completed the majority of the work I agreed to and promptly refunded the money for the portion I decided against with no problems.
