He took his time explaining everything—what he found, the treatment process, and the chemicals used—so I felt completely informed. Jeff is amazing to work with. We had just ended our contract with another company for the bait stations that were installed. I emailed the company on the website and Jeff called me back as soon as they opened the next morning. I love great customer service and Jeff provided just that. The treatment they provide for termites seems to be a better option, and they are able to get you on their books very quickly
