Shawn Coffey has been our Dotson pest control tech for several years. All we have to say is…he’s terrific!!! Shawn calls us to set up our regularly scheduled appointments, even though we often forget that they are due. When he does our treatments, they are always thorough and effective. More importantly, anytime between treatments if there’s a problem, all we have to do is call Shawn. He responds immediately, treats the issue and literally does it with a genuine smile! We wouldn’t trade him for anyone else.
John Proctor at Dodson has been friendly and persistent. I moved here from New England back in 2022. These southern bugs are not for the weak. Mr John has always answered the phone for me, and it’s determined to exterminate regardless of the circumstances. Dodson is fair priced, and quick to respond freon the initial contact. They have all the right equipment, and Mr. John always comes prepared. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the greater Florence area.
It’s always a pleasure to see Sean Coffey. He is absolutely GREAT, and is very thorough. Dodson Pest Control is the BEST! I strongly recommend them for your PEST CONTROL needs.
