The owner Doug is great.He treated my house.Very professional and helpful.
I am currently renting the property that was treated so Im not sure on pricing but overall experience was amazing. Good communication and squeezed me into their busy days! First time around only took a few minutes, unfortunately they had to come back due to bugs continued. Second round I was unable to be home they took care of spraying and made sure my dog was safe! Which I very much appreciated! Very good experience!
We have been using Doug and his team for over 7 years now. He has handled routine bug/pest maintenance but also a host of other issues-including a yellow jacket nest that got going in some old masonry and recently dealing with a flea infestation that had started when a groundhog had burrowed under our front porch. Doug is always on time for his appointments, takes time to fully understand the challenge at hand, and makes sure the homeowner/customer understands what approach Doug recommends. He shows respect for your property, charges very fair prices for the level of service he delivers, and is consitently pleasant and easy to work with. I also love supporting local small businesses and Drysdale Termite and Pest make it an easy choice to be a loyal customer.
Great company and very responsive. I’ve been using them since I moved back to the area. They come and spray every 3 months, and no issues! Great price too!
