We used them for a canine inspection and a heat treament for bed bugs. Their canine Jack, was able to track them to our box spring which was overlooked by the last company. We opted for their bed bug heat treatment since it was eco-friendly and would get rid of all the bugs in a day. Thankfully they kept their word and eliminated every single bug in one treatment. We’ve been free of bed bug bites for a few months now and I couldn’t be any happier. Truly appreciate the ECO team, great work!
They were quick to help us with our bed bug issue and thoroughly checked the whole house 2 weeks after the heat treatment to make sure there were no bed bugs left.
Not only did they get rid of our bedbugs after only one heat treatment they were extremely helpful and provided much needed support throughout the entire process to answering all of our questions before during and after the process, I felt like I was in extremely capable and expert hands. Some things that set them above and beyond: they are accessible by phone well beyond business hours, and on weekends they have an expert on staff who can identify bedbugs based on photographs and will let you know whether or not you have an infestation — and they are extremely friendly and kind. Could not recommend them highly enough!
It took me so long to realize we had bedbugs–after one night in a really nice hotel–that the homegrown measures I tried did no good, despite repeated attempts. I really didn’t want to use pesticides in our bedrooms!
After much research, I contacted Eco. They very patiently explained the options, including the pros and cons of each. (Heat, for example, is extremely effective but isn’t great for any antiques and ephemera in the area. We have 100-year-old prints, so that was a no-go.) We went with the bio pesticide, which required a bit of prep work on our part (the others would have, too) but meant that we and our pets didn’t need to worry about accidental contact.
The technician who came to inspect was prompt and polite, as patient as the woman on the phone (and that is saying something!), and thorough. He checked out every room and determined that we could probably treat the bedrooms only. He explained exactly how the treatment would work and gave us instructions for getting the rooms ready.
We had a great outcome–no more bed bugs! We’re so pleased and grateful that we chose Eco.
