This has been nothing but a terrible experience. I hadn’t realized I would be paying somebody $70/month just to put rat traps and spray for ants. There’s been a dead rat (likely in the crawlspace) for three days and they claim there’s nothing that can be done other than giving me a scent pack to mask the smell. I would highly advise avoiding this company as this is the kind of service you could provide on your own.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by how helpful and honest Creyson was. He gave me great advice, explained what I did and didn’t need, and never pressured me into buying something unnecessary. I really appreciated his expertise and transparency—it made a big difference. I learned a lot just by talking through the situation with him.
Ben was thorough and clearly explained his inspection process. He saw dead mice and mouse droppings. He did not see a need for the foundation and vent screen repair that another pest management company had recommended. He was articulate about the rodent trapping process that he did recommend. I appreciate his integrity and systemic process to rid our crawl space of mouse infestation.
EcoGuard was great to work with! Making my appointment was quick and easy, the guy on the phone was sweet and helpful. They were able to come out the next day! Our technician Hunter was on time, super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! This was our first time using an exterminator and I’m so happy we called EcoGuard! Will definitely use them again in the future if needed!
Colby was so great! He helped out my boyfriend and I as soon as possible. We were told and forced last minute by our landlord to get our service done for a flea extermination by today otherwise they would have made the appointment on our behalf without our permission. He arrived at our home, was able to fix our bill for the treatment, was done in less then 20 minutes. He was very kind, understanding about our situation and gave very through detail on what to do for after the treatment.
