Unfortunately, our experience with EcoShield has been highly disappointing.
When speaking with the company’s representative, we were clearly told that the total cost for the full five-step pest control treatment would be $360 after all discounts. However, by the time the third treatment was completed, we had already been charged over $380, exceeding the agreed-upon amount.
Even more concerning was the lack of effectiveness of the service. After the third treatment, conducted mid-summer, there was no visible improvement — large ants were still crawling around the property, and wasp nests remained untouched under our deck (photos available).
I contacted the representative expressing my dissatisfaction and stated that I wished to cancel the remaining services, especially since we had already been charged the full (and more than promised) amount. I was told that cancellation was not allowed, but that they could send someone to redo the treatment. I agreed, but no one ever showed up, and instead, I was charged a fee for attempting to cancel.
EcoShield demonstrated a lack of transparency regarding pricing, poor service quality, and unreliable customer support. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision before working with this company.
Customer service is decent, sales reps lie to get sales. The tech are awesome. Not sure what happened with rating just the tech, use to be able to tip them through the website and leave the tech are review.
With all the techs that came out, they were awesome. They all deserve bonus and raise.

EcoShield technician John treated our property today. He has been here before and did the usual excellent job. He checked in with me before he began to discuss the plan and asked if there were any other issues or concerns for him to address. I mentioned the springtime ant festival going on in the backyard patio pavers and he took care of them. I have had no problems with this company and have been using them regularly for about two years now. Communication is thorough – they phone, they text, they email – they respond. Charges are processed only after services are completed and there are multiple ways to contact them with any questions.
EcoShield Pest Solution has been a Great option for me. Adrian came out today to do my yearly check and found evidence of creatures I do not want in my house. He took clear pictures showed me all the evidence and walked me through my options very detailed. I trust and respect the work they do. Thank you Adrian
Jam was able to quickly gather the info needed and asked good questions about other services I might need for an interim visit. She got me booked for an appointment on no notice for less than 48 hours from request. Excellent.
