From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and was incredibly thorough with the inspection and treatment. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making customers feel comfortable and confident. It’s rare to find someone so courteous and dedicated. I would love to thank Latoya whom came to my rental cottage I live in for my usual appointment! She was very nice and thorough! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Reef, who was just incredible, he was so nice very knowledgeable and helpful! Jordan was professional, pleasant, reliable and informative. She always let me know the days of service ahead of time and always texted me when she was on her way. If I was not at home, she would call me before she left to update me and ask if I had any questions. I definitely give Jordan 5 stars!
I could not be happier with my Ehrlich service and that is in large part to Shaquille and the quality of service he provides. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable on everything pest related he does a fantastic job explaining to us best practices for keeping our home pest free. Whether it is issues with rodents one week or wasps the next he does an incredible job of making sure they stop getting in the house and stay out! I recommend Ehrlich to everyone I know!
