Exceptional Service from Daniel at Envirocare! We are a homeless shelter in Torrington and just switched to Envirocare from another company. All I can say is that I’m so happy we did! I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Envirocare, especially with the technician Daniel. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment and maintenance plan. He was thorough in inspecting every corner of the shelter and went above and beyond to ensure the pest issue was completely resolved. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customers experience. Thanks to Daniel and Envirocare, the shelter is now pest-free and we have peace of mind. Highly recommended!
We had Anthony come out to get us oriented, and he was amazing. He explained everything and he was so gracious and made himself available for any kind of problem. He also gave us the lowdown on all kinds of critters in the home that we had just purchased. He was great! Because of him, I highly recommend this service.

I have been a customer for the past 20+ years and Envirocare has been an excellent company. I get immediate customer service and any concerns I have with pests are quickly remedied. All the technicians are highly knowledgeable and are experienced in the field. Throughout the years the technicians have provided me with helpful suggests and/or recommendations so that I don’t have recurring problems with pests. Not only do the technicians provide excellent service, but they also take the time to share their knowledge. I would like to highlight a technician, Dave Gabriel, who recently performed a quarterly application in the exterior of my home. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and time he took to address a possible rodent problem in my Shed. He quickly identified the entry area, which I never noticed until he pointed out, and surveyed the area around the shed for other possible entry points. Dave explained options to address the issue and gave me suggestions for prevention. Dave is a quality technician and I am extremely pleased with the service and help he provided.
Michael is excellent. He came promptly, and he was very thorough yet respectful of my property. I felt quite confident in his expertise and he helped ease some of my worries. As a company, I also appreciate that envirocare makes every effort to schedule things immediately and they have good followup.
