Attention to detail appears to be a significant issue for this company. My neighbor hired them for pest control, and they were understandably dissatisfied with the results. After their visit, they came by my house, despite my clear “No Soliciting” sign prominently displayed on my porch. The representative simply ignored it.
When I opened the door to inquire about their visit, he mentioned he was working for my neighbors, but I had to firmly decline their services and ask him to leave my property. If this company can’t adhere to basic guidelines, I worry about their ability to handle pest control safely and effectively. There’s a real risk they could cause damage to your home or, worse, harm your pets or children by misapplying chemicals.
I strongly advise caution if you’re considering hiring this company for any pest control services.
If I can give less than 1 star I would… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! Their services and product suck! When the sales guy came to the door he did a great job selling the company and said if we don’t like it we can cancel after the first 2 services. Well I kept them for a year because everytime I would try to cancel they wouldn’t let you and sent someone out to reservice the property. Finally I’ve had enough and have been trying to cancel for the last 3 months and they don’t get the hint and now all of a sudden they say I’m in a 2 year contract which was never stated when I was signing up and they said I have to pay for a whole year to cancel them. Stay far away from this POS company they just want your money!
We love our Technician Shelby. She’s always on time, helpful and knows her bugs and critters. She has been our Technician for probably 2 years or more now and we don’t want anyone else but her servicing our home. She is so sweet and a cautious around our kids and pets. She respectful and we look forward to seeing her each time we are scheduled for a treatment. We live right at the base of the foothill and haven’t had any major issues with ants, ear wigs, spiders etc since starting our services with Evergreen. If we see any bugs after a service, they come right back out and spray again, ensuring we won’t have any issues. Thanks Evergreen for your wonderful work in the Treasure Valley.
I have used Evergreen for a few years now. I switched when a local pest company got bought out by a big corporation here in the valley.
My extraordinary tech, Shelby, comes once a quarter to my house. She sprays my entire property and inside my home whenever I ask. Evergreen also has a policy where they will come to your house, free of charge, in between services if you ever want it. In the summer I take advantage of this service because we get spiders and earwigs when it starts getting hot out. They also lay down traps for mice.
We treat our dog like a child, and Evergreen uses chemicals that are more eco friendly than most companies. We feel a lot safer knowing that our baby is safe both inside and outside.
We appreciate that you can call the Evergreen office at any time and they pick up with a lovely human on the other end. The folks that work in the office are the sweetest people. I also love that Evergreen hires women in a mostly male dominated space. Shelby always makes me feel important and respects the space that we treasure most.
Our family has been using Evergreen for a few years now and we absolutely love them. Nick is our new tech and he’s awesome. He is super professional, friendly, does exactly what we ask and addresses things he sees that we might have missed. Super super thorough!
