I called Frankie and left a message on a Sunday and he returned my call and came out to see me the very next day to assess. I felt Frankie was thorough and checked everything. He then explained what he would recommend as the best treatment for my situation. Within a week, He was back with his crew providing a service that was personally guaranteed. It may not be often that you need an exterminator but when you do, I would highly recommend you call Frankie at Excell. He was upfront and honest and was not pushy. He gave me the recommendations and let me decide what fit my budget. Many others wanted to sell me on continued service that may not be necessary. Friendly honest and professional service. That’s what you’ll get. If I ever need an exterminator again, I’ll look no further.
