Nathan helped us with a pest issue in our apartment and was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with a plan when we were extremely overwhelmed. Also the receptionist who we talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you guys for making a stressful situation a ton more manageable and helping us sleep a little better at night!!!
Matt has been awesome helping us to solve our mouse problem. He has been informative and thorough. They also have done follow up appointments to make sure the problem has been solved. It’s been a pleasure to have Matt, and all our normal spray techs in our home! 10/10 recommend
I have had a great experience with Falls Pest Control for years now. They always show up in the time frame that is planned. They are fast and efficient. Good communication with sending out reminders and responding to emails. Best of all is no pests! (Except for 1-2 that seem to be super spiders and get in!) Highly recommend and I also recommend doing the quarterly treatments, huge improvement. I’d rather NEVER see the spiders vs seeing them then tackling that nasty buggers!!
Matt was very kind and knowledgeable. He was early for our appointment and did an excellent job and even recommended some things to do to help prevent any bugs coming back. I’d recommend him 100% to anybody that needs any bug exterminating .
