Marlo Green was my Fenix Pest Control service technician today. He was very friendly, he wanted to make sure he knew what was important to us specifically for our home needs inside and out, and was very efficient. As always it was a pleasure to work with Fenix.
Caleb has been by a couple of times spraying our house for bugs and is always pleasant to speak with and very professional. Highly recommend as their staff does a great job and calls ahead before showing up.
Caleb serviced our household. He arrived when he said he was going to and completed the service in a timely manner! I appreciated the compassion he showed for my concern with the situation and assured me that the problem would be handled. Truly a great experience. Wish we didn’t need an exterminator but definitely glad it was Caleb at the end of the day! Thank you!!
Marlo arrived to spray in the rain and gave me the option to reschedule which I appreciated. He did however spray my interior areas! Great technician very friendly and accommodating!
Caleb came out for an inspection and spraying and did a very thorough job! He called ahead, knocked down all of the outdoor webs, sprayed inside and outside and explained locations of bait stations. 5 stars and would definitely recommend!
