Technicians are professional and courteous. They arrive on time. Customer service on the phone is polite and accommodating. If you have pest control service plan, they’ll come out any time you ask them to. Termite control pricing is reasonable (even though you wish you didn’t have to have it until the end of time or until your house wasn’t made of wood!). They don’t handle wild rodents like squirrels or raccoons, so for that, you’d need a different service. I would recommend them.
Fox Pest Control are tremendous: responsive and professional. If I had to identify one key reason for my continued business, it’s Brendan Cano. This technician/ team lead @ Fox is excellence personified. He listens carefully, takes his time around your home to observe what’s going on and is driven to find the right solution. Very impressed! Can highly recommend.
Service person was only here less than 10 minutes. I only saw him in front of house Did not see him do the back or sides of the house It was a really fast job.
Definitely not like the other service people we had from fox. They always announce they were here and always let me know what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. Not this last person!
Edwin was wonderful. Courteous, well informed and very pleasant. Answered all our questions thoroughly and with a smile. DID NOT rush or answer questions quickly. Asked several times if we had any other questions or issues. We will definitely ask for him for all follow ups moving forward.
Ramon came in and followed the mouse trail and he was fabulous. Secured all the spots where mice might be entering. He explained where he thought we should target and he left a snap trap and this morning he was right there was a mouse from the pipe he thought. We were very pleased with Ramon and his time and expertise thinking. We will need to see if the area he was concerned about can be secured. We have a water meter there. We feel he went above and beyond what he needed to do. We called hi. The mouse whisper!!!
