I’ve been pretty patient and understanding with my experiences with Franklin. We are all people. Management is very kind and understanding and gave me a discount when I felt I was being overcharged. But after this last visit I’m actually pretty angry. The last tech came in and sprayed the inside of my house. I was hesitant but I did let him. He did not do a good job. In fact I am now worried about my cats and I’m having to clean everything. The stuff doesn’t come out like a little stream. It splatters everywhere. I called the other day to complain about my fridge since he sprayed it and my magnets. It was really visible. Now I’m seeing he sprayed my computer tower and the outside of my entertainment stand! Why is he spraying the outside? That’s not where the spiders are! And even worse my cats rub up against it like my fridge and I touch the handles which were sprayed. I’m having to clean my whole house now. I will never again let a tech in my home. This is my second negative experience with a tech in my home and they’ve only been to my house twice. They are supposed to be the best in the area. I know it’s supposed to be non toxic after it dries but I still don’t want my cats ingesting it. I took a pic of my center. He sprayed inside my vent covering my cats automatic feeder, my doorbell, and light. He sprayed my scrapbooks, my dresser and my study books. Sprayed my bed. I did take a pic of the fridge but my phone unfortunately didn’t save it. He sprayed my sons dresser, his Lego bins, his Lego scrapbooks, and laundry basket. You get the idea. You can’t just spray people’s everyday items or keepsakes. Maybe they need to retrain staff. Just beware if you have pets and kids. And again they wore no booties for their dirty shoes. It’s just frustrating is all.
