Jake is THE man. Rolled up to my house not by himself but in a SQUAD of guys. I have 3 dogs and a small yard. I’ve been struggling for years to find any sort of nest around my house, but they found two! Even sent me pictures so I know where it’s at. The guys at Orkin didn’t give me this sort of useful info. Highly recommend.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! Jake arrived and immediately let me know what to expect and he was very honest throughout the entire ordeal! I appreciate him proving not just exemplary customer service, but he also gave me advice about the issue I was dealing with. He was friendly and got straight to work. Once he was finished with the job, he let me know what to expect and even provided additional feedback once he was gone and I was very happy he left his phone number so I could ask follow up questions. I absolutely would recommend this company!
Brandon was my tech! Extremely professional, explained everything and made some great recommendations. He took the time to show me where I had obvious vulnerabilities where the wolf spiders are able to slip in. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It was like talking with a good friend! I called on Monday regarding their services and the person that took my call really explained everything thoroughly and was able to get me a competitive rate for their services. They were able to get someone out to my home as early as Thursday which was wonderful!
