We had our first experience with residents here in Clarksville, Indiana. Frederick Meadows came out and was professional, efficient and thorough! He was very knowledgeable and provided peace of mind! Within the first two hours of his stepping into the house he had installed copper mesh, laid out traps and provided me peace of mind. Subscribing to the 12th month service plan was without a doubt, making it the best decision we have made! I’m glad we had a committed and professional person respond to our needs. Hoping his

Phenomenal service! We had an urgent yellow jacket situation, and not only were they able to get us on the schedule the same day, they worked with us to provide a long-term treatment plan to keep them out of our yard with a payment plan. The tech that came out, Bobby, was supremely nice, professional, communicative, and most importantly he was efficient at getting the job done. There was a very massive (in my opinion) yellow jacket nest in the ground of our side yard that he removed for us without complaint and was even willing to handle it when we had to leave for an appointment. It was remarkable, the experience was all around amazing, I didn’t feel pressured in any way, I am 100% satisfied with both the service and with the technician. I would highly recommend and will most likely continue using even after our one year plan is up because honestly, once I find a company that I genuinely like it takes a lot for me to leave them. And I like this company.

Salesman came to my door as a mid day solicitor. I stated that our neighborhood does not allow solicitors. He said “that’s okay, I have a pass”. We do not offer passes. The neighborhood is a strict “no solicitors” policy.
He started arguing with me on why i would be concerned. I live in this neighborhood because I don’t want solicitors.
Upon leaving my front porch he walked directly to my next door neighbor.
Clay Singer came out to our house to today to treat our exterior house for various insect issues we have been experiencing. Clay was very friendly and helpful as I explained some of the issues we had been experiencing regarding insects. He proceeded to provide a good overall coverage by treating the various areas around our house and that I had mentioned. This is the first time we have ever hired an exterminator to help eliminate issues regarding wasps, hornets, mosquitoes and ants. We are looking forward to positive results so we can enjoy the outdoor areas of our home. Thank you for your help in helping us have a more enjoyable outdoor living experience.
