On recommendation of a neighbor (who had a mouse problem that was eradicated by Guardian), I contacted Guardian Pest Control for insect pests in the house and critter control outside (we are in a forested area). Their response was fast — they scheduled an initial appointment within 2 days. The representative, Carl W., was a treasure — knowledgeable, respectful, personable and thorough. To my surprise, he was not merely an initial evaluative salesperson, but was an experienced technician who came ready to address my interior (insect) and exterior (chipmunk) issues — and he provided the first full service on both accounts. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, and Guardian is off to a perfect start.
I really appreciate the responsiveness of Guardian Pest Control. After noticing that a raccoon has inhabited an attic area in our home, I called many pest removal companies. Not only was Guardian the first to call me back, they had same day availability to come out. Mike T. Is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the whole process thoroughly and even answered additional questions I had about ants. You have a new customer with us.
Danny came and was so professional and affable. He was careful in my home and respectful of our property. He identified the problem and got to work quickly and efficiently. He did a thorough job and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him.
The service is quick and fairly priced. I called for a termite inspection for my home refinance, and they were able to get me in the very same day! If my review was about the price and speed it would be 5* but the tech who came out, Danny, left a bit to be desired. I was sleeping because I am on a midnights schedule and my wife answered the door. I woke up and came out expecting him to introduce himself and explain the process. Before I knew it, he was walking through my bedroom before introducing himself to me, then walked right into my daughter’s room, thankfully she was at school, but never a knock on a door or asking if it was clear. he did introduce himself after the inspection but by then it felt like, “what’s the point?”. The final point is more of a nitpick but he also left every door open, and we keep doors closed in my home. had he just introduced himself and talked to me I could have felt more comfortable and told him all the rooms were clear to walk into. and I would have left a 5* review. I just hope in the future he will be a little more considerate about how people feel about their personal spaces.
