You and your company always do a great job. Always professional, friendly, on time when scheduled and easy to make an appointment. Laura was here today and she did a great job. Sent a complete report along with photos so I could understand what she had done. I would definitely recommend her and give her ten stars!!!
1st I would like to say Dom is very friendly and courteous. He carefully explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood that my 2 dogs should not be let out for at least and hour after he was finished. Than he got to work and was done in the time he had said he would be. I would highly recommend him.
I have had Hawx service for over a year. It wouldn’t have been that long if I hadn’t have signed an agreement. My house is older. I tried to make allowances. But today sealed it. The technician was on his phone for a good part of his ‘five-star treatment’. I will attach a few pictures of some of the cobwebs with spiders he couldn’t be bothered to hit with the brush as he was having his conversation. I feel like a paid for service to get rid of ants and spiders and got more ants and spiders. Money is too tight to be wasting it on this.
Dom came out was on time, explained everything throughout, and was awesome! Loved seeing all the pictures after too to explain what they did. Really appreciate you! I’ll be happy to maintain being a customer for many years! You deserve a raise man, thanks!
Initially, I hired Hawx to treat a bed bug situation. After 2 treatments the bugs were all dead. Very happy about that! I use them now to treat misquotes, spiders and such. The tech texted me that he was on his way. When he arrived, I was at home so he explained what he was going to treat and how. He did what he said he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
