Great service! Their really product works. We see the results every time they treat our house. And their customer service is first class! They are a great family-run, local small business.
We requested a pest inspection and the next morning we received a call that they could come out that day. Upon arrival, Dean explained all their services and products in depth so we knew everything they’d be using was safe for our kids and pets. He got right to work setting traps for our mice issue and treated for ants, wasps, and carpenter bees. He was extremely kind and professional, and he followed up the next day to see if we had any success with the mouse traps.
The whole experience was great with Healthy Homes. Carol was very personable and got me on the schedule as quickly as possible to take care of big bee problem at our front entrance. Dean was also fantastic and also very personable. He also did a very thorough job in explaining what he would be doing and going extra mile in hitting the things not on the original list. We also were happy to hear that the spray he was using was super safe and non toxic to small children. I would use them again for any of my pest control needs.
Very positive experience from start to finish. After we identified a nest of yellow jackets on our deck, Alec arrived later that day to investigate and treat. He was extremely thorough, competent and friendly! We haven’t seen a single yellow jacket since, although other pollinators and insects remain unharmed. We hope to not have to use an exterminator again, but if we do we will definitely use Healthy Homes!
We found a bee problem in our house. We called Healthy Homes Pest Control and they responded immediately. They were at our house that afternoon and took care of the bees! They returned the next day just to confirm everything was taken care of. Dean was friendly and professional. While we hope to not have future pest problems, we would not hesitate to call him again.
