Stacey is very professional and friendly. First question she asks upon arrival is, “Any problems since the last time I was here?” The answer is always “No problems.” Her response, “That’s what I want to hear!” It’s obvious she enjoys her work, and she knows her job well. We appreciate her doing such an excellent job for us.
Holper’s has been taking care of the pests at my home for several years now. Stacey is by far my favorite as she arrives with a big smile on her face, answers any questions I may have, is very knowledgeable and always conscientious. She has done most of my quarterly treatments recently, has checked and treated the mole trails in my yard, and she has alleviated a couple of yellow jacket nests. Holper’s employees are all top notch performers! However, I have asked Stacey to be my ongoing service provider due to her knowledge and work ethic—she’s one of the best!!
Otten was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and explained every aspect of the inspection and treatment thoroughly. We’re confident that our unit is clear of mice.
Mr. Lindsey was poilte, punctual, and very detailed in going over the house inside and out in our annual visit. We appreciate his professional manner.
I don’t believe that the technician had been here before but he did not come in and spray inside our office. I had to ask our guys in the plant if the warehouse was sprayed b/c I received the invoice and had no idea that it was completed…or should I say that he was here and sprayed the warehouse. If he or the next technician (if it’s not Keith) are coming to spray please make sure that the know to spray inside the office too. Thank you.
Update: spoke to Richard today. The technician is new (our previous tech Keith has retired) so he just wasn’t aware. They’re coming back out to spray the office and take care of things. Appreciate how they’ve gone above and beyond to make this right.
