We could not have been happier with the service we received from Paramount Pest Control! From our very first introduction to the company – speaking with an extremely kind customer service representative (I wish I knew her name because she was FANTASTIC!) To our first meeting with Chris H.
Chris was our point of contact from our first appointment. My husband and I both immediately felt confident in Chris and in the service he was providing. He was not “sales pitch-y” which my husband and I both sincerely appreciated and we felt like we were talking to a genuine person who wanted to help us without running away with the bank. Beyond that, in a world that feels like you get less and less for your money, we felt like Chris was determined to solve as many of our problems as possible all at once within our quote.
When it came to the actual work being done, which was extensive, the entire crew came in and were customer oriented and friendly. They were within a very reasonable time for the time frame given to start the work, and they worked extremely hard. They were clean and left the house in exactly the condition they found it in. They removed all of the debris from the job and we were both very pleased with the standard of service we received.
The next morning we had a problem with our HVAC system in the attic and Chris and the troops were here ready to do battle for us without even a cranky morning face before 8am!
I firmly believe that things will go wrong with a job and companies set themselves apart in the solving of the problems. This company had already set themselves apart in customer service but they hit it out of the park in the problems department.
