Have utilized this company for over 10 years and had to arbitrarily terminate services, I in formed the technician: William we were out of town and would call when we arrive back home. He stated he understood via text message, two days later he text me that he was at my home while we were still out of town, I text back informing him that we were still out of town, and that at No time should you ever show up to someone’s home without permission: If we lived in a gated community were there was a guard and gate, you wouldn’t be able to do it so because we are more accessible that means show us less respect…? He later responded that he understood and he would leave. We arrive home were I find an invoice for a complete service when we weren’t even home to receive one, nor did my camera pick up on his pressence!
Very disappointed. Received a 1 year free trial with my new build. After year, decided I didn’t want to continue. I then received a nasty email letting me know how much risk my house was in.
I got over that, until they came and took all their produce out and left massive holes all over my yard for my young kids to step in and break their ankles.
No problem with taking the product. That’s expected. But fill the darn holes up before my 2 and 4 year old step in them. There’s prob 20 holes throughout my yard.
Would not recommend to anyone.
Excellent communication – very thorough description of what pests were spotted and what treatments were applied. Quick and easy! I highly recommend this service if you’re worried about fire ants, wolf spiders, and all the other pesky critters that come with Southern living!
