We’ve had Idaho spray and lawn service for many years and had wonderful service up until approximately two years ago. For the last two years, the communication is not there and services have not been completed. We’ve tried to talk to Rico and Troy to get them out our home — back on the program that was originally set up with Rico‘s mom who was an awesome lady and communicated with her customers on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the communication is no longer so sadly this review is a based on the service we’ve received for the past 2 years.
I have had Idaho Spray Service take care of my lawn, trees and insect control for years. They are very responsive to my needs and are great to work with. I highly reccomend them to homewoners.
I am frustrated. When they spray my yard does well. However, calls to Idaho Spray go to voice mail and are not returned. I left a message late June and again three weeks later. Only spray this year was in May. Don’t we need a summer weed and feed/tree service?
8/17 found another company to spray my yard.
8/26 Today I received a past due bill for services performed May 4. I paid the bill on May 12, it was deposited on May 19. Again, I tried calling the office. Nope, no one answers. Left a message, again.
I use Idaho Spray Service in Meridian! This is one if those companies you love to recommend to your friends because you know they will treat them right no questions asked! Great prices, excellent service and good people!
