Derek made initial contact and was very friendly and informative with going over the contract, what is covered, and pricing. Blake, the technician who performed the services, was thorough and approachable when addressing my questions and concerns as he was working. His explanations were clear and easy to understand.
We’ve been delaying pest control due to lack of bandwidth and uncertainty with where to start – now that the weather is getting warmer and the insects will start to appear in full force, I’m glad they showed up when they did to help us get ahead. Thanks to Blake for excellent service and insight!
Connor came out today for our first treatment and was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure I had a good understanding of the treatments he was performing and made sure to ask several times if there were any other areas he could help with. I highly recommend him in the future.

Kobie came out today to take care of spraying our house for pests. He was excellent at communication and he clearly understands his job! He took time making sure all the area around our house was covered and all while explaining what he was doing. He’s definitely deserved 5 stars!
Had our first treatment for pests done today by Connor, Katy and rilan! Connor was very informative and kind, he walked us through each step and let us know the way everything works and left us with some extra ant tramps in addition the spray treatment they did. They were able to tackle both the inside and outside simultaneously which was great! I’m grateful for the sales rep we had at our door just the day before, he was very kind and welcoming and had a great pitch! Already so grateful we made this switch from our previous company.
I just had my first quarterly treatment completed by Insight. The technician, Katy, was very professional and thorough. They treated my exterior quickly and addressed all of my concerns that I pointed out, including wasp nests and ants. I highly recommend Insight for pest control and look forward to using them in the future. The prices are competitive with other local companies, but the employees set them apart.
