We’ve been using Insight Pest Control for about a year now and they’ve been wonderful! They are reliable and the products are very effective. I have seen so few bugs of any kind in the time they’ve been here I could count them on one hand. We have a walkout basement and used to have so many spiders and other little annoying bugs showing up all the time and now I never have them at all. If they can’t get in to spray the backyard all I have to do is call and they’ll come back out. I recommend Insight Pest Control to anyone looking for reasonable and reliable service.
SCAMMERS.
One of the worst services I’ve ever paid for. I moved and they will not let me end my contract without paying $400+.
Not to mention… They kept telling me I needed to get the extra treatments two weeks after they would come to my property to see results. Clearly they can’t trust their employees or the solutions don’t work.
They would claim to get the wasps nest down, only for me to see them in the same spots as before they got there. Only one time did it appear anyone even tried to do their job.

Clearly trying to place the blame on me as the customer.
I called due to disappointment with the service in the first half of my contract and was told to have the follow up appointment done to improve results. I knew this was an effort to resolve my complaint. I hoped this would help and agreed because the customer service gal was so sweet.
However, I saw no improvement. I hoped that in the next treatment I would see a difference, as I was told it could take multiple treatments. I’ve called more than once and I didn’t leave a voicemail every time I called.
Customers should be told to expect to have treatments done two times, once for the scheduled time and then again after the two week waiting period since that’s the way this is how you’re telling customers they will HOPE to see results.
This is marketed to take the work off the customer, is it not? You’re doing me a service so I don’t have to. Why should I have to call each time after the two weeks to schedule another time for you to come to see absolutely no benefit from either service? When you’re paying what this service costs, you’d expect results. My property is not large nor complicated.
The cancellation fee is still absurd and forcing your customers to stay in the policy if they move in the area doesn’t make sense in every situation.
Checked the traps before our next visit 2 traps looked like they actually had poison in them the others looked like they never had anything after they came in the 3rd my husband checked them today and still empty So am I suppose to pay for something they are not doing. I only chose this to kill voles I could careless about cobwebs and wasp.So either they are scamming or their workers are saying they are checking them but they are not.2 out of 5 traps actually had bait.Not paying for services we aren’t getting.
Watch out when you sign a contract. You are locked in for 18 months. That was not mentioned to me when they convinced me they were a much better deal than competitors. That is inaccurate also. They are higher priced than companies our neighbors use. We had several webs and spiders and insects last summer with their service. Would not recommend.
