With warmer temperatures, we started getting sugar ants in our home that were not responding to home remedies and store-bought bait. We also could not determine where they were coming from. Bugs or Us got us scheduled within the week at a time that worked with busy schedules. Within 10 minutes, Danny had found two points of entry for the ants. The bait he used immediately attracted the ants and was gone within 24 hours. It has now been two days since Danny came out, and the only ants I’ve seen are dead ants. The lady who scheduled my appointment over the phone was very kind. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the best price out of the handful of places I received a quote. We have three cats and one dog in the home who have had no reaction to the bait or spray that he used. Thanks, Danny, you’ve got customers for life!

Horribly unprofessional. Waited days for an appointment when they didn’t bother to call or show. After we called they rescheduled just to cancel at last minute again. Husband lost 2 days of work to their games to make sure he was here when they were. Bring your business elsewhere is my advice.
