Jay came to our house to give us an estimate for pest control and mosquito & gopher control/management. Jay took the time to walk all around our one acre property and explain everything to us. He was at our house for 30-40 minutes going over everything with us. He wasn’t paid for our appointment/estimate or even guaranteed that we would sign up for service. He didn’t pressure us to sign up either. He left the appointment and emailed the estimate. The estimate was better than we expected. We decided to go with Janus Pest Control because of Jay. Thank you Jay and Janus Pest Control!
I can’t remember how we came about Janus for our income property, but I imagine it was a positive review somewhere. We’ve been using their services for many years for our two small properties. What I like best, besides no bugs? When you interact with them, either our regular tech or the office, it feels like a very personal, small company. They know our names, about our properties, are always very flexible to accommodate us, etc. I can’t imagine anyone would be displeased with their service, so I highly recommend!
We have been using Janus’ pest control services on a bi-monthly basis for the past 3 years and it has been an investment well worth it. Prior to their services, we dealt with constant ant infestations, so we are thankful those days are gone! Recently, we had Jay provide us with a termite inspection and ultimately, some localized treatment. Jay was very responsive, professional, and friendly, and we appreciate his honest recommendation for treatment.
I’ve used Janus Pest Management for at least 15 years. I wouldn’t trust our home and it’s maintenance with anyone else. Our technician Vic, (who has been “ours” all these years) is professional, knowledgeable and handles all problems. We’ve even taken care of a rat problem together! I highly recommend them and their office is very responsive and helpful also.
Just signed up with Janus Pest Management for scheduled ant extermination service and termite service after doing my due diligence to find the right extermination company. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by both Jay and Uek. They both are professional and knowledgeable…and truly cared to solve my household pest problem. I’m glad that I found them!
