J&J Exterminating Lake Charles

No need to go into any details. But my home has recently had a big issue with gnats It was so bad that I’ e had to call them out here three times and all three times Mr kirby was patient In understanding any does a really thorough job! It’s not j and j exterminatings fault that they have had to come out here. 3 times it’s the fact that it don’t have an exhaust fan in my house and whenever. I kept apologizing. He simply lifted me and said it’s gonna be okay. Call us out here as many times as it takes to eliminate the problem! Absolutely amazing because I was miserable. They were eating me alive. Thank you so much dangerous. Terminating and their prices cannot be beat! For such incredible services. Their prices cannot be be. I recommend j and j exterminating over any other exterminating company. And I say that because I’ve used 2 others!The only reason why they had to come out So many times is that after hurricane Laura and exhaust fan wasn’t put back into my roof I don’t know how that step was missed. But that’s the reason why they’ve had to come out so many times I didn’t know that it was too late that I had an infestation of gnats. But they are almost gone now. Thanks to the patients and Obviously thoroughly Trained complete professionals at j and j’s exterminating especially mister kirby! And the
ladies that answer the phone are Super patient, understanding and professional. I would recommend no other exterminating company! Thank you, Mr. kirby, you’re the best!

Your employee Travis that inspected my house on 5/5/25 did what appeared to be an excellent job. He also had a great personality.
