Austin came out and was so pleasant he took résolve the problem. He put down more sticky strips. It was all efficient and I have used J&who for years and have been happy with their service. I used another company 1 year that promised lower price and all the service and after the end of the contract I went back to J& J. J&J is by far the BEST!
Joe came and serviced my home today and he was great. Very professional, he answered any questions I had and he was very thorough. Now that my service is complete I now have peace of mind and I feel safe. I definitely recommend J&J exterminating!

Joe is our technician. We’ve had him for over a year, now. He’s awesome. He’s come to call backs after bad storms with a pleasant demeanor. He never gets upset or has attitude for callbacks. That’s so nice, bc none of us can control the weather. Thank you, Joe! Also, he communicates thoroughly. He is easy to reach when I have specific questions about roaches and other bugs. He’s patient in his explanations and always makes sure everything is top notch when he’s working at our home! I recommend Joe for any and all J&J work.
