We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from John at JP McHale. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the treatment process, and answered all of our questions patiently.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine concern for making sure all of our issues were addressed. We had been dealing with carpenter bees for weeks and within just a few days of treatment, they were completely gone. I was scheduled the next day for service for indoor bee moths. Technician Vincent was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was unable to find the cause or nest for the bee moths. But, was able to spray a new paper wasp nest on the outside roof.

His approach is both strategic and detail-oriented, and it’s clear he takes pride in doing a thorough job.
