Kelly Wildlife has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we have ever dealt with in our effort to eliminate moles from our yard. After a year of service with no success, we chose not to renew. Once the ground thawed, it became clear the moles were still present. Hoping for a resolution, we resumed service—only to find the situation worsened. During this time, we also got a dog, and the traps used by Kelly Wildlife posed a ser risk to our pet that was a pup.
Instead of controlling the problem, the mole population exploded, turning our yard into a network of tunnels and soft ground. Faced with this failure, we decided to cancel the service. However, Kelly Wildlife and their office showed no willingness to acknowledge our concerns. They insisted we were bound by a contract—one that was different from the previous year—and, despite the worsening condition of our yard, monthly bills continued to increase. When we voiced our dissatisfaction, their response was essentially: “Too bad, you’re under contract. We only care about getting paid, not about the quality of service. This is why contract exist.”
After numerous calls and conversations—many of which involved Kelly himself yelling at us over the phone—they finally agreed to end the service. Yet, we were then hit with a massive bill of over $400, allegedly for all the moles they had supposedly caught. This was the highest bill we had ever received, despite our yard being in worse condition than ever. The reality was clear: the service was ineffective, and the damage to our yard proved it. Kelly Wildlife’s handling of the situation was completely unacceptable.

I am super pleased with their services. I had a horrible mole problem. They routinely check for activity and are on top of getting rid of these pestles before they continue to multiply.
I called Kelly’s about a critter in the attic. They spent about an hour investigating including checking that there were no ways they could get into the house or HVAC from the attic. They set traps and patched up the soffits around the house. After confirming the critter was gone, they sealed the access point & secured it to make sure it won’t be back. Couldn’t recommend more!
I hired Kelly’s wild life control to take care of my moles in my yard. Yet there were short staffed they told me so by the next time they came there was the same amount of moles every time they came back.
I spent over $1000$ I tried to tell one of the front desk people my problem they did not care. I told them I wanted them to stop charging me and if I could get out of my contract, they acted like they didn’t care about how much I was paying or my problem and that I was on contract for a year. I will never go to them again. Still have moles in my yard that I’m trying to handle myself.
If you are struggling with moles these are the best. They came every week to check on the traps until they succeeded. They were very honest and reasonably priced. I will continue to use this company whenever I have a mole problem! Highly recommend them!!!
