I utilized their services for a wood destroying organism inspection in February-March timeframe. Very courteous and helpful. Inspection was very thorough and detailed.
A few weeks ago we had reports from someone doing work on our house that we had a potential hornet issue. Brad was very helpful and helped me sort it all out and found it to not be true. Very appreciative of their services and if I ever need pest services will call them without delay.
We highly recommend Killinger Pest Solutions. Last year we had terrible problem with ticks. This year we have been almost tick free! They also came and cleared yellow jackets… even dug up the nest so they wouldn’t return! Very knowledgeable and explain pest problems. Honest and will tell you if it’s something they can’t control like voles… then told us what we could do to trap voles ourselves. Techs that come are friendly, professional, and thorough!!!
Called Brad and his team to help us with a wasp nest on our roof. They were at our house the next day and took care of it! Definitely recommend.
Of all the exterminators with great reviews in Roanoke, I decided to call this one. I wanted to stay away from bigger companies which don’t care as much about their clients, at least not as personally. And I’m happy I did. His first reaction was to ask me to describe the problem in details so that he could help me over the phone, and hopefully help me resolve the problem on my own. He didn’t want to waste my time or my money. He had some great advice and told me to call him back if the problem persisted. I sure will if I need to.
I called regarding a flea issue my husband and i have been having for quite some time now. The gentleman i spoke with was incredibly friendly and gave me some suggestions to execute myself before paying someone to come in. I greatly appreciated the help and honesty, most places/people we assume just want to gank us out of our money, so i love that this company has honest, helpful people.
