Service from this company is not what it used to be. They have gotten too big too quickly and don’t have the equipment or staff to support the amount of business. I get text messages and emails about service dates. They don’t show up on the date provided in these messages yet deducted the service amount from my prepaid account. Had to call to get that fixed. They did not complete all the prepaid services for 2024 and now I am stuck with a credit on my account. I am not recommending them based on how poor things have gotten over the last few years! They need significant improvements on how they are running this business!
I have tried a lot of companies before but I have been very pleased with Lawn Doctor. They are always on time with 24 hour notice. I am even more impressed with the technician, Maison. Incredible attention to detail, will answer any questions you have and is extremely thorough. Great company.
I’ve had Lawn Doctor care for my front lawn for 5 years. In that time, the lawn service has performed in a professional manner. Restoring my lawn back to desired condition. The technicians place signage as necessary. They are timely, with proper notifications regarding scheduled maintenance. Lawn Doctor is quick to address any issue if necessary. Just starting our second year with Lawn Doctor service and our lawn has already significantly improved. We had almost no weeds or dandelions this year and our grass is healthy, full and lush.
