Patrick from Lydon Exteriors was an absolute joy to work with. I have owned my home for over 30 years and worked with a variety of contractors. Some were great and some were disappointing. Patrick gets an A+. He responded to my request for a quote to side our house immediately. He listened to what we wanted and to all of our concerns. He took the time to help us come up with the right plan for us. Patrick wrote up several different quotes for us to compare and each time I texted him with questions, he responded immediately and was very detailed and informative. The quote that Patrick came back with was reasonable and fair. When it came time to start the project he and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and finished the job in several days. They paid attention to even the smallest details. When finished they cleaned up the property. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy seeing professionals at work. I highly recommend Lyons Exteriors and would not hesitate to work with Patrick again if the need arose.
Patrick and his team replaced all of the windows and a door at my house. He was great at communicating and answering my questions throughout the process. His team arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and got all of the work done within a day. I’d highly recommend his services and would use him again at my other properties.
Patrick & the team are awesome! He did siding, windows, doors, gutters and a new fire escape. He handled EVERYTHING! Worked with the tenants, the architect, and the city to get everything done. While keeping everyone in the loop.
